This list shows an alphabetical list of all of the defined tags within the workspace. By default, the list is sorted alphabetically by the 'Tag'. To sort by the number of pages containing the tag, click 'Pages'. Clicking on the currently selected header will reverse the order of the sort. For example, if the list is sorted by 'Tag' from A to Z, clicking the 'Tag' header again will sort the list from Z to A. Clicking on any tag will show a list of all pages with that tag.
Selecting this tab will display all the files uploaded to the workspace. By default, the list is sorted by Filename, from A to Z. You can change the way the list is sorted by using the Sorting drop-down box.

The "All Files" list can be sorted by the following:
![]() |
![]() |
When you choose a new category by which to sort, the default is by descending order; a list sorted by "Title", "Last Edited By", "Filename", "Page Title", or "Uploaded By" will start from 'a', "Date" or "Date Uploaded" will be from the most recent, "Revisions" will start with the page with the greatest number of revisions, and "Size" will start with the biggest.
The sorting drop-down box also provides the opportunity to reverse the order of the current selection. For example, if the items are currently sorted by "Date", then you will also see an item in the drop-down box showing "Date" with an arrow indicating to reverse (ascending or descending) the chronological order currently presented.
Within the title bar of the currently displayed list is a "Titles-Summaries" toggle.
When you do a search, the default is the summaries view. Your search terms will be highlighted in the summaries. If you wish to see the listed pages in a condensed, title-only view, click "Titles". . Other list views show the title of the page by default, so you can scan more pages at the same time. If you wish to see titles and summaries, click "Summaries." To view only the titles once again, simply click "Titles".
