Sending pages by email is a great way to gently remind people to use the wiki. If someone on your team asks a question by email and you know that there is a wiki page about that topic, email them the page instead of answering their question privately. This will save you time (having to answer the same question again) and get them literally on the same page in the discussion.

To send a page by email:

• Go to the page you want to send and click the email button.

• In the popup, select the workspace member(s) that you would like to send the page to. You can also email a wiki page to persons who are not members of the wiki. They will be able to read the text of the wiki page in their email, but will not be able to access the wiki itself.
