Most of the time, we want to conserve data in the wiki. We keep a record of every revision so that pages can be restored to a previous version, or just so that the history of an idea can be seen.
Sometimes you don't want that history to be available, though. For example, if some confidential data was entered into a public wiki, or if a page's history contains outdated information that could cause confusion.
Warning: If you delete a page in this manner, there is absolutely no way to recover the data. Be sure of what you are doing.
If you would like to remove the history of a page, there are two steps:
