To create a new weblog, click the Settings link in the upper right corner.

Choose Create New Weblog from the menu on the left.

You can change the settings for the weblog to display posts in the order that they were created (regardless of edits or comments), or to have posts that have been updated float to the top. The default setting for Socialtext weblogs is to sort by the last updated time, so that new information stays on top.

To change this, go to Settings, and choose Workspace Features from the left side menu. Set Weblog Sort order to your preference, and click Save.
