If you have invited some new people to join your wiki and they did not receive the invitation, there are a few things we can do.

• First, you should check to see that the invite was sent. Go to Settings and select Manage All Users from the side menu. You should see the new members listed there.

• Ask the invitees to check their email spam folder, as the invitations sometimes end up there by mistake.

• If the invitation cannot be found, email support@socialtext.com to have our support staff set them up manually.
